Sales Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an Order Specialist/Sales Coordinator to join our team at Tanda Development Pte Ltd. This full-time position is based in the Central Region and will play a key role in ensuring the smooth processing and fulfilment of customer orders.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and process incoming customer orders in a timely and efficient manner

2. Liaise with customers to understand their requirements and provide updates on order status

3. Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to coordinate the fulfilment of orders

4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all orders and customer interactions

5. Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the order process

6. Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales coordination or customer service role

2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and internal stakeholders

4. Proficient in using relevant software and systems, such as CRM and order management tools

5. A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

6. A good understanding of supply chain and logistics processes is desirable
