Key Responsibilities

. OrderManagement & Fulfillment: Process sales orders, prepare quotations, andtrack deliveries from initiation to completion.

. CustomerSupport: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiriesregarding products, accounts, or issue resolution.

. SalesAdministration: Manage and organize sales records, update CRM databases,and prepare sales reports or presentations.
