  • Order Processing & Logistics: Entering, tracking, and updating orders, ensuring accurate, timely delivery.
  • Customer Support: Acting as the primary contact for inquiries, resolving issues, and managing customer accounts.
  • Administrative Support: Maintaining CRM databases, preparing sales reports, creating presentations, and scheduling appointments.
