Job Summary
Support daily operations in a trading and retail environment by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, preparing documentation, and assisting internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and feedback to maintain high service standards
- Process daily orders accurately to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to achieve on-time deliveries and efficient stock handling
- Prepare picking lists and monitor stock movements to support inventory accuracy
- Generate delivery orders, invoices, shipping documents, and related paperwork to facilitate smooth transactions
- Provide administrative support to daily operations by organizing documents and assisting teams
- Assist in streamlining business processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Execute ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned to support business needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant experience fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Positive attitude with strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to manage documentation and reporting
