Respond promptly and accurately to all incoming sales enquiries via telephone, fax, and email, preparing and sending brochures to customers
Follow up on enquiries by preparing tailored proposals and facilitating product sample showcases to support sales conversion
Coordinate detailed communications and activities with Business Development Executives (BDE) and Business Development Managers (BDM) to align sales efforts
Manage and coordinate internal meeting requests to ensure smooth scheduling and information flow
Collaborate with BDM to plan and execute exhibition, roadshow, and networking event activities to promote products and generate leads
Record and track the progress of all sales enquiries, compiling monthly reports that analyze business sources, market trends, and competitor activity
Maintain an efficient tracking system for all events and related paperwork to ensure accurate documentation and follow-up
Compile weekly sales overview reports to monitor performance and identify opportunities for growth
Develop and expand sales within the existing client base by identifying opportunities to increase order expenditure
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Business or equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in order management, customer service and sales operations.
Possessa good work attitude and must be meticulous, organized, reliable and able to handle work pressure well.
Able to work together as a team and communicate well.
