Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Sales Coordinator (Project) to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our sales operations and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

Job Description:

  • Prepare proposal, and paperwork, such as quotation, sales order / purchase orders, and others
  • Provide administrative support on sales related tasks, including system maintenance
  • Assist in customer service (work with customers directly when necessary)
  • Work with Procurement Team to obtain the best price and terms to close sales
  • Coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations and project completion within schedule.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, performance and issues, and taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Arrangement of delivery including DDP/Sample to customer.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Source & handle local orders and also orders that we do not have local office
  • Provide artwork brief from sales to design team, follow up on artwork status
  • Monitor and track sales orders from initiation to fulfilment, ensuring orders are processed promptly and accurately.
  • Perform any ad hoc related task.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years in Administrative Sales Support background
  • Team Player and Detailed Oriented
  • Able to liaise with counterparts from China
  • Able to prioritize and organize task
  • Well versed in Microsoft Excel
  • Diploma and above
  • Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply
