about the job
- Manage end-to-end order fulfilment and shipping operations (inbound/outbound) across various product categories, ensuring timely deliveries through SAP, freight coordination, customs clearance, and proactive communication with stakeholders.
- Oversee daily operations with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and ensure inventory levels in SAP are updated in real time.
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation such as commercial invoices, delivery notes, and permits. Ensure proper documentation control in line with internal policies and support audit requirements.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams (Sales, Planning, Business Development) and external partners (freight forwarders, customs brokers), providing timely updates and resolving any operational logistics issues.
- Support ongoing logistics and warehouse improvement initiatives, including freight cost optimisation, stock reconciliation, and reverse logistics activities.
skills and experience required
- min. 3 years of relevant experience
- proficiency in SAP function is required
