Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations based on customer enquiries
- Process purchase orders and arrange shipments according to shipping instructions
- Coordinate with customers on cargo readiness and shipment schedules
- Liaise with the Sales PIC regarding operational matters
- Coordinate with GB/DSS regarding parts enquiries, orders and shipment arrangements
- Issue invoices according to supplied items
- Monitor outstanding payments using updated account statements
- Address customer questions related to accounts or sales products
- Handle customer complaints and provide after-sales support when needed
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the department head
Requirements:
- Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma
- 1 to 2 years of experience, preferably in the Marine Industry
- English verbal and written communication skill
- Proficient in Computer especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Willingness to take on additional tasks assigned by superiors
- Team-oriented mindset with strong work dedication
- Available to start immediately / on short notice
