Sales Coordinator

. Raise purchase orders to suppliers and carry out close follow-up on delivery schedule
. Processing customer sales order, arrange shipment and invoicing.

. Update shipment status to consignees

. Communicate with freight forwarders/courier company on clearing, pickup and delivery of import & export shipments

. Co-ordinate with store for confirmed orders from customers

. Source for best freight and transport rates

. Handling country's market like China, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Korea, Australia and New Zealand

. Knowledge in SAP module is a must.
