Job Description:

- Coordinating the sales team by managing, administrative in procurement, filing important documents and relevant information.
- Monthly Sales Forecast Tracking
- Management of any related sales activity.
- Product Sales Management (M365, Veeam purchase or renewal of license, HULFT and etc)
- Contract Management : among vendor and customer.
- Preparation and issuance of invoice matters related to Infra department.
- Work closely with team members to deliver projects on time
- Handle Infrastructure and Systems standard operating procedures and performs daily performance/availability monitoring

Requirements:

- Experience should cover following
Must have more than 3 years of working experience in administrative / office support roles
Basic understanding of IT tools used in daily operations (PC, email, internal systems)
.Experience in IT industry and basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (Network, Server, PC, Cloud) is welcome
- Good verbal and written communication and presentation, negotiation skill in English
- Hands-on individual contributor and be able to lead and guide vendor, and work with local and offshore team
- Team player with positive attitude, creative, and able to work independently
- Should have sense of ownership, urgency and self-motivation
- Proficient in daily use of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook
