Responsibilities:
. Coordinate sales and day-to-day operations across the business
. Manage orders, schedules and logistics to ensure timely delivery
. Maintain strong client and partner relationships through excellent service
. Prepare reports, track performance and help identify opportunities to improve efficiency
. Support the sales team with admin tasks, documentation and process improvements
. Assist in coordinating cross-functional activities to ensure alignment between sales, operations and other teams
Requirements:
. A minimum of 3 years of experience in administration, operations or sales support
. Highly organized with strong attention to detail
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
. Proactive, adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
