Job Description

Responsibilities

. Handle quotations, invoices and arrange logistics for the company

. Ensuring order are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time

. Contacting customers to arrange appointments and support Sales Representatives with documentation, quotations and other materials

. Developing and maintaining new systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports

. Be familiar with the processes of the website to attend to customers questions regarding the website

. Be familiar with company's products and serve customers enquiries

Requirements

. 1 year experience as a sales coordinator or in administration preferred.

. Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply

. Computer literacy

. Able to use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Google sheets etc

. Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

. Ability to work under pressure and urgent deadlines

. Excellent communication and organizational skills

. Strong discipline and a good team player

Working hours:

Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 6pm
