- Attend to customers enquiries and complaints.
- Generate quotation, sales order, invoice, delivery order for customers.
- Assist Sales Executive / Manager in sales administrative day to day activities.
- Ensure products are shipped on time (liaise with operations manager & logistic team).
- Involve in cycle count and yearly stock take.
- Liaise with store colleagues closely and need go to store often for follow up job.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
- At least GCE O Level or equivalent.
- Proficient in English and Chinese to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in email correspondence.
- Good organization skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Pleasant personalities and customer services oriented.
