Job Description

  • Attend to customers enquiries and complaints.
  • Generate quotation, sales order, invoice, delivery order for customers.
  • Assist Sales Executive / Manager in sales administrative day to day activities.
  • Ensure products are shipped on time (liaise with operations manager & logistic team).
  • Involve in cycle count and yearly stock take.
  • Liaise with store colleagues closely and need go to store often for follow up job.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
  • At least GCE O Level or equivalent.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in email correspondence.
  • Good organization skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Pleasant personalities and customer services oriented.

Other Information

  • 5 days week (Mon - Fri).
  • Annual Leave (14 days, up to 21 days).
