SALES COORDINATOR

JOB SCOPE

• Provide sales support,liasing with internal team and customer on daily basis

• Prepare & Processing quotation, sales order, purchase order for spare part sales.

• Follow up on quotes till order received.

• Answer phone call and email queries from customer

• Any other assigned responsibilities related to sales support function.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least a ITE , Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.

• Must have basic technical knowledge of Inert Gas , Nitogens and Boiler systems

• Able to read and interpret technical drawings

• Capable of understanding customer enquiries and identifying the required spare parts

• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Marine & Oil industry is required for this position.

• Confident in communication and skillful in dealing with people and situations.

• Able to work in fast paced environment and meet datelines.

• Keen to learn and resourceful.

• Full-Time position(s) available.

• Able to start in short notice.

Other Information :

• Working Hour (Monday-Friday) - 9am-5.30pm
