Job Description
Coordinate the sales/project team by managing schedules, maintaining accurate documentation, and communicating relevant information.
Facilitate effective communication between the operations team and sales management to ensure smooth workflow.
Handle day-to-day project administration, including the preparation of quotations and invoices using the in-house system.
Ensure sales-related equipment and materials are sufficiently stocked and readily available.
Coordinate with drivers on order deliveries and collection of goods.
Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support when required.
Process all customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Proactively inform clients of any unforeseen delays or issues.
Manage import and export documentation for overseas orders.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Sales/Project Manager.
Job Requirement
Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales administration, project management or related role.
Cheerful and positive personality with a service-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin, to facilitate clear communication with warehouse and operations teams.
Candidates residing in the West area will be preferred.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Good communication skills with quick response time and strong follow-up ability.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email applications.
Proficient in using in-house software systems to support daily work processes.
Educational Qualification: Minimum diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
