Job Description

JD:

  • Sales order processing
  • Check availability with factory and advise delivery
  • Process export documentation & invoicing
  • Constantly have an updated order status
  • Quote projects and edit customers copies
  • Assist in invoicing and documenting
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Commerce team

Requirement:

  • Minimum qualification - Diploma
  • Singaporeans welcomed to apply
  • Able to work independently and efficiently.
  • Experienced in using SAP software
  • 5 days work week
  • Location : 5 mins away from Kaki Bukit MRT Station
