Job Description:

• Using Oracle/SAP to handle daily input processing of Sales Orders and Purchase Orders
• Check PO price & ensure the correct transaction
• Interact with customers for sales
• In charge of basic inventory control & processing
• Responsible for maintaining stock purchases from factories and ensuring smooth deliveries

Job Requirements:

• 2-3 years of sales admin experience preferably with Customer Service and Shipping/Logistics
• Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
• Cheerful & good communication skills with the ability to work with people from different levels
• Basic computer handling of ERP system
• Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
