Technical Sales Coordinator - Key Duties

• Assist the sales team with quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.

• Coordinate with clients to understand technical requirements and provide solutions.

• Maintain and update sales documentation, including price lists and product catalogs.

• Provide technical guidance to clients and internal teams regarding products and solutions.

• Liaise with engineering and production teams to ensure feasibility of solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients as needed.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries on technical and product matters.

• Monitor and track sales orders from receipt to delivery.

• Organize product demonstrations, training sessions, or presentations for clients.

• Support market research, competitor analysis, and product feedback collection.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing best practices.
