We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Coordinator in our Global Sales & Marketing division. This is a unique opportunity to drive critical support for our global sales and marketing strategies through effective coordination and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. RFQ & Pricing Coordination
- Work with the pricing team to obtain competitive air, ocean, and trucking rates for global bids.
- Support the submission of RFQs by compiling data, coordinating with global offices, and ensuring accuracy.
- Maintain and update a database of freight rates, service offerings, and customer-specific agreements.
2. Customer & Sales Interaction - Coordinate sales meetings, follow up on action items, and support customer engagement initiatives.
- Assist in customer presentations, sales reports, and data analysis to support business development strategies.
3. Administrative & General Support
- Handle general administrative duties related to the global sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Assist the MNC control tower of CSCGSM SG by liaising with involved stations through direct communication and/or email with both the stations and MNC accounts.
- Ensure all sales documentation and agreements are properly recorded and maintained.
- Assistant to prepare QBR, Reports for the MNC accounts under the leadership of CSCGSM SG.
- Support marketing efforts by coordinating with global teams on promotional activities and customer events.
Requirement:
1. Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment, coordinating across multiple time zones.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
