Sales Coordinator cum Admin

Job Description & Requirements

- Handle customers enquiries

- Plan and schedule delivery with drivers

- Liaise and cooridinate with clients and drivers to ensure timely receiving of goods

- Follow up with customers and keep records of all transcations

- Other add-hoc if required
Must be able to mulitask and work independently
Bilingual in English and mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking clients

Chinese speaking is required.
Give a positive and professional image
Handle guest/customer concerns and feedback
Use computer applications at basic level

. Working hours: 5 days

- Monday - Friday: 8.30am to 6.30pm

- Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
