Job Description:

• Prepare monthly and ad-hoc quotations for customers, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

• Communicate with transportation forwarders to get the best rate and route for quotation purpose.

• Prepare sales documents for customers and suppliers.

• Prepare shipping schedules for customers to keep them up to date with their latest orders and materials.

• Generate and issue invoices to customers in a timely and accurate manner.

• Prepare shipping documents for customers shipments.

• Provide administrative and operational support through various ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

• Undertake additional responsibilities or duties as required within the scope of the role.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder with 1-2 years of relevant working experience.

• Able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility, while also being an effective team player.

• Able to communicate in English, and Mandarin with different counterparts.
