Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries, incoming calls, and order processing
- Liaise with customers and internal teams, including Sales, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
- Prepare and provide invoices, delivery orders, and certified true copies upon request
- Issue and coordinate required certification documents for customers
- Follow up with sales team and customers on account opening and credit application forms
- Assist in preparing and submitting orders and applications related to customer management (e.g. hamper/flower stand orders, vehicle pass applications)
- Support general administrative and coordination duties as required
Requirements
- ITE/Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field
- Prior experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative roles preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to commit to Monday to Friday / 1pm to 10pm shift
