Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily sales orders and prepare invoices.
• Monitor inventory levels and arrange replenishment when required.
• Perform monthly stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Handle administrative duties including document scanning and filing.
• Support the team with general coordination and other operational tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in F&B, sales support or administrative work is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Able to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, positive and able to work independently.
