- Handle processing of buyers orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide responsive and effective customer service support.
- Coordinate product samples and collaborate closely with the production team to monitor lead times, resolve day-to-day operational issues, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Communicate and liaise with both suppliers and clients to maintain smooth workflow.
- Prepare essential documents including quotations, tender submissions, purchase orders, delivery orders, and perform accurate data entry.
- Plan and manage delivery schedules to meet client timelines.
