Duties & Responsibilities
The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Sales Team by performing the following responsibilities (including but not limited to):
1. Assist the Sales Team in preparing tender documents to meet submission requirements and support successful tender outcomes.
2. Support new sales order creation (quotations, opening Sales Orders), monitor expiring contracts, and raise termination requests when necessary. This would include:
a. Order & Quotation Management
b. Customer & Contract Coordination
c. Internal Coordination & Compliance
3. Other secondary duties include:
