Who are we looking for :
We are seeking an experienced and Sales Driven Maid Agency Consultant to lead and oversee the full operations of our maid placement agency. We are looking for a leader with strong knowledge of Singapore's domestic helper industry, MOM regulations, and a passion for delivering excellent service to both employers and foreign domestic workers.

Basic Salary ranging SGD2300 to 2500 + high commission
Fully Work From Home Benefits, We trust you as an adult as long as you able to run the operation well, you could even do your own personal things while working. There is no fix working hours as well.
Operations Management
- Oversee end-to-end daily operations of the maid agency including helper sourcing, matching, deployment, and after-placement support
- Manage work permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and MOM-related documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all helpers, employer contracts, and transactions
- Ensure service quality standards are consistently met across all placements
Client & Helper Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key employer accounts
- Handle escalations, disputes, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct pre-deployment briefings and orientations for domestic helpers
- Provide ongoing welfare support and guidance to helpers throughout their placement
Business Development
- Develop and execute strategies to grow employer accounts and helper placements
- Build relationships with overseas sending agents and source countries
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships
Compliance & Regulatory
- Ensure full compliance with MOM regulations, Employment Agency (EA) Act, and EA Code of Practice
- Conduct ethical and responsible recruitment practices at all times
Requirements
- Must have Valid EA Personnel (EAP) CEI issued by MOM
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a maid agency or employment agency setting
- Strong knowledge of MOM work permit processes, FDW regulations, and EA licensing rules
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English knowledge of Mandarin, Malay or Burmese preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgement in conflict resolution
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and agency management systems
- High level of empathy, integrity, and cultural sensitivity
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
