- It is managed by a team of professionals - customer-friendly sales team and competent technical team to ensure fully functional, clean and secure workspaces and self-storage spaces
- We offer Co working workspaces and storage units including lockers and climate controlled units for business and individuals. As well as, E-commence Logistics Fulfilment centre for businesses.

Job Description:
- Sales, customer service and relationship management
- Interacting with business and individual decision makers.
- Building relationship with Co-working space, Self Storage and E-commence fulfilment centre customers.
- Actively manage customer enquiries through telephone, email and messaging applications.
- Providing sales service & consultation to all potential customers
- Perform administrative support on customer registration and follow-ups
- Prepare quotations, invoice generation & payment collections
- Working with Team to formulate marketing promotions and collateral
Job Requirements:
- Strong sales and relationship management
- Customer Service oriented, friendly, cheerful, and self-motivated
- Team player and can work independently as well
- Enjoys building sales relationships with prospective clients
- Professional service mind-set and takes pride in building a brand experience for the customers
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma with at least 2 to 4 years sales, customer service, and relationship management
- Cold/warm sales phone call experience an advantage
- Consumer-facing experiences including retail sales an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with using software applications
