Sales Consultant

Job Description

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle needs and budget.
• Recommend suitable used cars based on customer preferences.
• Explain vehicle features, history, specifications, and financing options.
• Arrange and conduct test drives.
• Negotiate prices, trade-in values, and sales terms.
• Prepare sales documents and ensure compliance with dealership policies.
• Follow up with customers before and after the sale.
• Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours.
• Valid Class 3 Licence
• Knowledge of used vehicle brands, models, and market values is an advantage.
