Secured Business Lending Solutions
Job Scope:
Identify and acquire new SME clients with financing needs
Promote and advise on caveat loans and secured business lending solutions
Assess clients financial situations and propose suitable loan structures
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Work closely with internal credit and operations teams to facilitate approvals and disbursement
Ensure smooth onboarding and provide a positive client experiences
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve assigned targets
Requirements:
Prior experience in SME / business lending is strongly preferred, particularly in secured financing (e.g. caveat loans)
Candidates with relevant sales experience in Property or Insurance will also be considered
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working towards targets
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to source leads and build own client network
