What You'll Do (Job Scope):
- Front Counter Operations: Handle daily studio operations, greet and attend to walk-in customers, and ensure a smooth studio environment.
- Client Communication: Make phone calls to follow up with existing leads and schedule appointments for trial sessions and consultations.
- Sales: Share yoga packages and promotions with potential clients, understand their wellness needs, and offer tailored membership options.
- Customer Support: Build long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent service and guiding them through their wellness journey.
- Administrative Support: Help with studio paperwork, membership forms, and basic data entry when needed.
