Role Description:

Client Engagement & Lifestyle Assessment

  • Guest Relations:Greet and host guests professionally across all channels (in-person, phone, digital).
  • Consultative Selling:Identify client lifestyle and mobility needs to provide tailored vehicle recommendations.
  • Relationship Building:Establish trust through sophisticated communication and deep brand knowledge.

Brand Storytelling & Product Demonstration

  • Product Expertise:Maintain mastery of Alfa Romeo and Jeep heritage, technical specs, and pricing.
  • Lifestyle Test Drives:Conduct engaging test drives that highlight performance (Alfa) and capability (Jeep).
  • Value Clarity:Clearly explain vehicle features, warranties, and ownership benefits.

Sales & Pipeline Management

  • Financial Solutions:Present clear finance and leasing options to suit client requirements.
  • Effective Negotiation:Manage price, trade-in, and terms while maintaining dealership profitability.
  • CRM Discipline:Use CRM tools to track leads, manage the sales funnel, and ensure consistent follow-up.

Transaction & Operations

  • Operational Synergy:Coordinate with the GM and Operations team for smooth handovers and delivery.
  • Administrative Accuracy:Ensure precise completion of LTA registrations, contracts, and internal paperwork.
  • Client Onboarding:Guide clients through the delivery process and post-purchase service support.

Advocacy & Market Intelligence

  • Post-Sale Follow-up:Proactively engage clients post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and drive referrals.
  • Market Awareness:Stay current on inventory, competitor moves, and Singapore car taxes (COE/VES).

Qualifications:

Experience

  • Proven Sales Track Record:Experience in automotive, luxury retail, or premium hospitality.
  • Tech Savvy:Proficient with CRM software and digital sales tools.

Key Skills

  • Communication:Sharp, persuasive, and professional (verbal and written).
  • Negotiation:Able to close deals while balancing client needs with profitability.
  • Organisation:Meticulous in managing leads, follow-ups, and administrative accuracy.
  • Commercial Acumen:Basic understanding of vehicle financing and Singapore car taxes (COE/VES).
