Sales Consultant (Pre-owned Vehicles)

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential buyers, understanding their needs, and providing information on various car models
• Stay informed about the features, specifications, and pricing of the vehicle being sold, as well as understanding market trends.
• Utilize effective sales strategies to persuade customers, including highlighting the benefits of specific vehicles and offering test drives.
• Discuss pricing, financing options, and trade-ins to reach a mutually beneficial agreement with customers.
• Ensure proper documentation and submission of sales agreements, insurance/financing application form etc.
• Maintain relationships with customers after the sale, addressing any concerns, and encouraging repeat business or referrals.
• Work with other sales staff, management, and admin department to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals set

Requirements:

• Tertiary education with a valid Class 3 driving license.
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
• Positive and energetic with professional and excellent customer service skills.
