Role Summary

As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of JobTech to prospective clients. You aren't just selling a product you are providing solutions to complex human capital challenges. You will focus on identifying new business opportunities, closing high-value deals, and building a network of strategic partners to expand our market reach. You'll work closely with senior HR leaders, internal teams, and end-users to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & revenue generation (60%)

  • Proactively identify and engage prospective B2B clients through multi-channel outreach to build a robust sales pipeline.

  • Manage the full sales cycle-from initial discovery and product demonstrations to contract negotiation and closing.

  • Adopt a consultative approach and analyse client needs to tailor JobTech's AI solutions, ensuring high product-market fit and long-term customer success.

Partnership Strategy (20%)

  • Identify, vet, and establish strategic partnerships (e.g. with recruitment firms, HR consultancies, or tech integrators) to create new referral channels and collaborative offerings.

Market Intelligence (20%)

  • Stay ahead of HR tech trends and competitor movements to position JobTech as the premier solution in the market.

  • Obtain insights from HR professionals on business problems.

  • Brainstorm solutions with product and CS team on building new features.
