Job Summary
Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to acquire merchants and expand customer relationships within the payment services sector, driving revenue growth and business development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to acquire merchants and expand customer relationships within the payment services sector
- Promote payment services to retailers and organizations to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals
- Collaborate with project teams to coordinate and manage pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring seamless client onboarding and service delivery
- Negotiate and present payment solutions persuasively to diverse client groups to secure business partnerships
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to adapt sales approaches and maximize business opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales records and generate reports using MS Excel to track progress and inform strategic decisions
- Apply adaptability and resilience to meet and exceed sales objectives in a fast-paced environment
- Foster teamwork and contribute creative ideas to enhance sales performance and client satisfaction
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in payment service and retail industries to understand client needs and market dynamics
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with a broad client base
