Sales Consultant - Interior Design Specialist

About the Role:

We're seeking a creative sales consultant with an interior design background to join our sofa retail team. This role combines your design expertise with customer-facing sales to help clients find the perfect furniture solutions for their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Consult with customers to understand their interior design needs, preferences, and spatial requirements

Create visual solutions and furniture arrangements using your design expertise

Guide customers through our sofa collections, explaining how pieces can complement their existing décor

Utilize design software to help customers visualize furniture in their spaces

Build lasting relationships with clients through personalized service

Learn our product lines, materials, and customization options (full training provided)

Meet sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in interior design or related field

Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)

Strong understanding of spatial planning, color theory, and design principles

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for home furnishings and helping clients create beautiful spaces
