About the Opportunity

Our client is a global aviation charter organization. Acting as the key link between clients and aircraft operators, you will manage the full sales cycle while delivering tailored charter solutions across international markets.

Your Role

As a Sales Broker, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing end-to-end charter solutions, with a focus on supporting outreach into the Indonesian market.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach
  • Engage potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings to build long-term partnerships
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to successful delivery of charter services
  • Prepare and present tailored commercial proposals based on client requirements
  • Coordinate with aircraft operators to source suitable charter solutions
  • Respond to time-sensitive requests in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Monitor and support charter operations to ensure smooth execution
  • What We're Looking For
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian language skills to support market outreach and client engagement in Indonesia
  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (open to transferable backgrounds)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially driven with a results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
