Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

. Promote and sell Prepaid / Stored Value Cards to customers

. Explain the benefits and usage of prepaid balances across our venue

. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable prepaid packages

. Build and maintain strong customer relationships

. Achieve individual and team sales targets

. Assist customers with payment, activation, and usage enquiries

. Support in-store promotions and sales activities

Requirements:

. Minimum 18 years old, presentable, with good communication skills

. Sales experience is an advantage (service, hospitality, lifestyle, wellness industries preferred)

. Strong customer-oriented mindset and sales motivation

. Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

. Fluent in both Chinese and English is an advantage
