A Sales Consultant typically focuses on selling floral installations and arrangements and event services specifically tailored for weddings and events. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their vision, providing recommendations, and ensuring that all floral needs are met for the big day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences.
  • Promoting floral styling services to potential clients through sales leads and enquiries.
  • Collaborating with florist team to create custom floral arrangements based on designs.
  • Coordinating with venue operators and clients to ensure seamless operations at site during installation.
  • Helping clients stay within their budget while achieving their desired look.
  • Organized styled shoots with industry partners as well as in studio

Essential skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients.
  • A keen eye for design and the ability to create visually appealing floral arrangements.
  • Strong sales skills to attract and retain clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  • Providing exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Good Team player
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays as and when required
