Market and sell properties to prospective buyers through activities such as cold calling, networking with agents, conducting site visits and viewing, reviewing of sales option documents
Develop strong network from leads that are generated through marketing activities
Build value-based customer and agent relationships
Responsible for upholding the professional conduct of all sales-related functions, which include attending to sales enquires of prospective buyers and converting them to sales transactions
Responsible and contribute towards the individual, departmental and organizational sales targets
Proactive in giving feedback on all sales matters and offer market updates regularly to the Head of Department
Ensure all statutory requirements are adhered to in carrying out the responsibilities
Requirements:
A Diploma / Degree preferably in Business, Real Estate, or any equivalent discipline
Minimally 2 years of sales experience, involving cold calling and hunting for leads
Good understanding of, and interest in the local property market, and the process of buying and selling property
Strong agent and clients network
Good knowledge of statutory and/or real estate regulatory compliance
Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong passion in sales
Resourceful, self-driven and articulate
Possess good negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
The ability to work on weekends and statutory holidays due to the nature of the industry and job requirements
