The Position

We are looking for a Sales Consultant. This position would provide you with the exposure and experience for personal development, and overall success.

A typical day in the office would involve you interacting with our clients. On the one hand, you will be explaining to them our products, services and treatments. On the other hand, you will be working with our team to brainstorm ideas to drive sales and achieve targets. You will be following up with customers after their treatments, and relaying feedback to your team members.

We are looking for a Sales Consultant who enjoys providing authentic, professional and knowledgeable service to all clients. In this role, you will:

• Provide advice to customers – face, body, wellness etc
• Keep up to date with the latest technology, trends and techniques for beauty and aesthetics via discussions with our Medical Director, Sales Reps and team members
• Initiate and foster excellent client relationships
• Manage work flows and create systems to enable efficient and effective customer feedback programs
• Formulate sales strategies, execute them and attain sales targets
• Be active in after-service and keep the team updated on client progress and satisfaction
• Maintain healthy stock inventory

That said, the ideal candidate should have:

• Keen interest in retail or client service industry
• Social media and internet savvy
• Effective time management, problem solving and communication skills - English, Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu (would be a plus)
