We are looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to manage both inbound enquiries and outbound business development, driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and acquire new corporate clients (companies, hotels, development projects)
- Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and site visits to generate new business
- Handle inbound enquiries and convert leads into sales
- Represent AOX at roadshows, events and exhibitions to promote products and close sales
- Engage walk-in customers at events and deliver product demonstrations
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales records and documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience in inbound and/or outbound sales
- Comfortable with event/roadshow sales and customer engagement
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Confident, proactive, and results-driven
- Customer-focused with a positive and energetic personality
- Able to work under pressure and meet targets
- Proficient in English
- Own vehicle is an advantage
- Experience with water dispensers is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Basic Salary: $2,300 - $2,800
- Gross: $2,300 - $4,500+ (or more based on performance)
- Attractive commission and incentives
Working Hours
- Mon-Fri: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Sat: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- 2 Saturdays off per month (after 3-month probation)
- Occasional weekends/public holidays for events or exhibitions (off-in-lieu may be provided)
