For the role of Sales Consultant, we require a person with a professional outlook and a heart of service.
We are looking for a sales consultant to help us exceed our sales goals, drive customer engagement, and build better relationships. We're seeking someone passionate about helping others and promoting a healthy lifestyle with the help of AOX products and services.
Responsibilities
- Independently seek and acquire new corporate customers (Companies, hotels, and other major developmental projects)
- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
- Go the extra mile to drive sales
- Achieve individual sales targets consistently.
- Process sales order forms accurately
- Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. promotions, different rental schemes to better suit customers, marketing activities)
Requirements
- Proven sales work experience
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Solid communication, interpersonal skills, and confidence
- Strongly self-motivated
- A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
- Proficiency in English
- Must possess a valid class 3/3A driving license
- Having own vehicle is an advantage
- Any prior experience with water dispensers is an advantage
Basic Salary - $2,300 to $2,800 plus attractive commission, incentives and transport reimbursement
