Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant, based in Singapore. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. The role involves consulting potential clients on suitable automotive products, addressing inquiries, and building long-term relationships. Additional responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining customer records, and staying up to date with product knowledge and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Consulting to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate automotive solutions.
  • Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to provide a positive and seamless experience.
  • Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients professionally and effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to building lasting customer relationships.
  • Candidates with prior experience in the automotive industry will be preferred.
  • High adaptability to work both independently and within a dynamic team environment.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.
