- Promote the company's treatments and products in a professional and customer-centric manner
- Conduct professional body analysis, and recommend suitable treatments, service and products based on individual needs
- Clearly explain treatment and product benefits, usage, and expected outcomes to customers
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of TCM treatment, service and products.
- Deliver consistently high standards of customer service and care
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers to support sales growth
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
- Assist customers with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and basic follow-ups
- Handle basic administrative duties, including processing and recording sales

Mon - Fri: 9:45am - 8pm
Sat - Sun, PH: 8:45am - 5pm
