Responsibilities:
- Provide professional consultation to clients on women health and aesthetics treatments, products, and services.
- Understand clients needs and recommend suitable packages such as facial treatments, slimming programs, wellness therapies, and medical aesthetics procedures.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective promotion and upselling of clinic offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads promptly and courteously.
- Prepare quotations, process payments, and follow up on appointments and treatment progress.
- Assist in marketing activities, events, and campaigns to increase clinic awareness.
