We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in food manufacturing sales, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
  • Stay current on industry developments, regulations, and best practices to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a focus on food manufacturing or related industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a focus on long-term relationship building.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
