We are seeking a high-performing Sales & Client Lead to drive our business expansion. Your primary mission is to hunt for new opportunities, open doors with corporate brands and agencies, and secure photography and videography contracts.

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will be the front-line ambassador for our brand. You will identify business opportunities and manage the initial stages of the client relationship, supported by a seasoned Production team. This structure allows you to focus 100% on lead generation, pitching, and securing contracts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Prospecting & Outreach

  • Identify and engage potential clients (MNCs, SMEs, and Government agencies) through targeted outreach.
  • Execute outbound sales strategies, including attending industry mixers, and representing the firm at events.
  • Build and maintain a sustainable pipeline of leads to ensure a consistent flow of projects.

2. Pitching & Deal Closing

  • Lead discovery meetings to diagnose client pain points and translate them into visual solutions.
  • Partner with our internal Production team to develop creative treatments and accurate, profitable quotations.
  • Navigate negotiations and follow-ups to move prospects through the sales funnel to Signed status.

3. Strategic Handover & Relationship Management

  • Facilitate a seamless transition of the client brief to the Producer for execution.
  • Maintain top-of-mind relationships with clients post-delivery to ensure long-term satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.

4. Market Intelligence

  • Monitor the Singapore media landscape, pricing trends, and competitor movements to ensure our pitches remain competitive and innovative.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-5 years of proven sales or Business Development (BD) experience, ideally within a creative agency or production house environment. We also welcome ambitious fresh graduates from Media, Communications, or Business programs who are specifically driven to build a career in Media Sales and possess a natural flair for networking and revenue generation.
  • The Hunter Mentality: Results-driven, motivated by targets, and resilient in the face of long sales cycles.
  • Local Network: An existing network of marketing managers or brand leads in Singapore is highly advantageous.
  • Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of video production workflows to provide realistic quotes and timelines to clients.
  • Skills: Exceptional presentation skills proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Monday.com, Pipedrive) experience with tender boards (GeBIZ, Ariba) is a plus.
