Responsibilities
- Process quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, purchase orders, and invoices accurately to support sales operations
- Coordinate shipment arrangements by liaising with forwarding agents to ensure timely delivery
- Communicate with clients to manage return goods and delivery schedules effectively
- Resolve customer complaints and discrepancies promptly to maintain customer satisfaction
- Provide administrative support to the Sales & Service department to facilitate daily operations
- Work independently with minimal supervision to complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Use Microsoft Office applications to prepare documents and reports related to sales and operations
- Communicate clearly and professionally in written and spoken English to support internal and external interactions
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum GCE O Levels or equivalent qualification
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales or operations-related roles
