Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Clerk to support the sales team in handling customer inquiries, order processing, quotation preparation, and daily sales coordination. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be able to work closely with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documents
- Process customer orders and follow up on delivery schedules
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams
- Maintain customer records and update sales databases
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting
- Follow up on payments and assist in account reconciliation
- Maintain good relationships with customers and respond to requests promptly
- Assist in preparing sales reports and monthly summaries
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification
- 1-2 years of sales support or administrative experience preferred
- Experience in electronics or manufacturing industry is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
- Basic English communication skills required
- Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in LCD/display manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of order processing and shipping procedures
- Mandarin speaking ability is an advantage for communication with Chinese-speaking customers.
