About this Position This position will support Sales Excellence and Commercial Excellence initiatives by leveraging data analysis, reporting, and business insights to drive informed decision-making and business performance. The role will be responsible for supporting CRM (Salesforce) post-go-live operations and user administration, maintaining and converting training system content, and assisting with channel management initiatives and commercial excellence projects. Additionally, this position will contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, reporting capabilities, and data quality to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
What You´ll Do
- Support the execution of Sales Excellence initiatives, including CRM (Salesforce) rollout and operational improvement projects.
- Analyze sales and business data to generate insights, track performance, and support decision-making.
- Prepare and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for stakeholders.
- Provide operational support to sales teams to ensure efficient processes and successful program implementation.
- Assist in channel management activities, including partner coordination and performance tracking.
- Support contract management and administrative processes to ensure compliance and operational accuracy.
- Coordinate and assist with event planning, logistics, and execution for sales, channel, and business initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree major in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance Management, Chemical Engineering
- Fluent in English, good understanding of Chinese/Mandarin preferred
- Excellent project management, strategic thinking and data analysis ability
